I co-founded Bluewolf, an IBM Company, in December 2000 to re-define software consulting.
As CEO, I manage the strategic direction of the firm and work with my executives and their teams to deliver extraordinary customer moments.
I strive to instill diversity, creativity, and teamwork as core tenets of Bluewolf's culture. I believe deeply in professional development and career advancement, and like to help young professionals take on risk and responsibility early in their tenures. Because of this, most of Bluewolf's managers and leaders are developed within the company. I also believe that our most valuable time is spent with customers--helping them to prioritize initiatives and achieve true business outcomes with Salesforce.
I received my MBA in Entrepreneurial Finance from New York University and a BA in English from UC Berkeley.
