Working on Bluewolf’s corporate marketing team is fast paced. Everyday, our team of 20 works on building content, executing campaigns and events, and evangelizing our company to the press — all on a global stage. These external facing efforts surround me and fuel my creativity, but the heart of my work lies behind the scenes.
I work with industry analysts and run our global analyst-relations program. I love what I do because I interact daily with some of the most forward-thinking, tech-savvy influencers who analyze and shape the industry, and I collaborate with our company experts to tell Bluewolf’s story: how we work with clients to realign their businesses around their customers to achieve business outcomes.
Working with industry analysts requires you to show up prepared and to know your stuff. Analysts are true thought leaders with deep knowledge about the markets they cover. They know how to get to the heart of what matters, and they never hesitate to ask the tough questions. They meet with some of the most successful business leaders in the world, and advise businesses of all stages, shapes, and sizes on navigating market evolutions and change.
Each year, I help coordinate dozens of analyst briefings, covering topics ranging from mobile and digital marketing to cloud frameworks and accelerators, cloud governance, innovation strategies, and business agility. Briefings might be focused on a horizontal business process, or go deep in an industry vertical. I help coordinate our efforts so that when our team meets with analysts, we can clearly communicate what Bluewolf does, how we do it, and the position we occupy in the cloud consulting ecosystem.
A critical part of our efforts includes brokering communication between analysts and our clients, who speak directly to Bluewolf’s ability to help them transform their businesses in the cloud. In fact, clients play a critical role in how analysts perceive and rank Bluewolf in important market reports.
It is because of the rigorous process analysts use, and their deep expertise, that I am proud to share that IDC MarketScape has again named Bluewolf a worldwide leader in their Salesforce.com Implementation Ecosystem 2015 Vendor Assessment.
According to the report, Bluewolf’s “buyers rate [it] very highly for its ability to meet the project timelines and its ability to achieve desired business outcomes for its clients.” They also rated our “future business strategy as [our] greatest strength.”
Our mission is to be recognized as the number one global Salesforce consultancy. We know that this requires tremendous hard work on our part to deliver value for our clients. The fact that our clients rate us so highly speaks volumes to the work that our consultants are doing, and the efforts they jointly put forth with clients each and every day. It also provides validation that while our work is never done, our company is on the right path.
For me, working in this ecosystem is an endless learning process. I am inspired by the relentless creativity, energy, and focus our consultants bring to our client relationships. Our performance in this report is a result of their efforts, and I thank them, and hope they are as excited as I am by this announcement.
