Salesforce has announced that Bluewolf is the winner of the 2017 Partner Innovation Award in the Community Cloud category for our transformative work with Autodesk, a leader in 3-D design, engineering and entertainment software for the architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, media, and entertainment industries. Salesforce’s annual awards program provides an opportunity to celebrate the successes of Salesforce’s partner community and recognize the incredible contributions partners make to customer innovation. Bluewolf has won this award every year since its inception in 2012, recognized for our work with clients such as T-Mobile, Stanley Black & Decker, and GlaxoSmithKline.
Bluewolf is delighted to be highlighted for our ongoing partnership with Autodesk, a company who is an innovator when it comes to using augmented intelligence to improve their business. Bluewolf’s work with Autodesk focused on making its contact center more efficient, with goals of improving the customer experience and reducing costs.
By using Salesforce Community Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud Live Agent chat, powered by IBM Watson natural language processing, Autodesk has been able to reduce their call resolution times by 99%. What used to take nearly two days, now takes only 10 minutes. Autodesk has also lowered support costs by 90% by diverting automatable cases away from the contact center.
Tyler Prince, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Alliances and Go-to-Market Innovation at Salesforce said, “The Salesforce Partner Innovation Awards recognize the incredible work performed by our partners, and their dedication to delivering customer success. In this age of the customer, it’s imperative that companies focus on customer success. It’s not only a customer expectation, it’s a vital component of a company's long-term success strategy.”
