About Seema

I'm passionate about finding ways to leverage technology to solve complex business problems that improve the customer and employee experience that deliver tangible quantifiable results. I work with clients to create and define a human-centric strategy to execute on vision and goals through a creative consultative approach, including: workshop facilitation, persona shadowing, user interviews, focus groups, journey mapping, prototyping, ideation and usability studies. I joined Bluewolf after spending eight years in the insurance industry where I managed a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts.
