I am a graduate of the University of North Florida with a BS in Computer Information Systems, a degree focusing on the technical component of business solutions. This background made CRM solutions a natural choice. I'm passionate about helping people achieve results through technical solutions designed to enable them to work smarter and more confidently. I'm especially interested in the how Analytics presents opportunities based on user context. Contextually appropriate data and function will be the key differentiator in the next phase of business solutions and I can't wait to lead the way.
