Change Management is a proactive approach to identifying and managing behavioral and organizational factors that impact the outcome of an initiative. Here at Bluewolf, we believe this to be one of the most important functions of a successful SaaS (Software as a Service) implementation.

In the past approaches to technology implementations had a greater focus on Technology.  Attention was paid to ensuring the technology was right and little effort was dedicated to User Adoption – the key to ensuring benefits realization and ROI. It was assumed that total User Adoption would occur once training was completed but the results showed otherwise. 

Today, SaaS applications are so well built that their implementation requires far less focus on the Technology component and far greater effort on the track that makes them work – User Adoption. Like we say at Bluewolf if no-one is using it what’s the point?
