Marketing Communication Manager - Client Relations

As part of the Bluewolf Marketing team, you will be responsible for managing the PR firm, developing customer case studies, managing client approval process, manage client reference program, and manage all client marketing engagement - this role is all about being customer obsessed. The key focus is on growing our business, responding to changes in the industry, identifying emerging issues in the market and managing activity that brings revenue to the business and improve our market position.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop a list of c-level client references and partner with sales as needed
• Partner with marketing events manager and provide client speakers as needed
• Manage "select" client program and outreach

• Manage PR firm and coordinate access to approved clients
• Develop a pool of ongoing case studies and manage client approvals
• Coordiante and manage ongoing analyst outreach

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
• Awesome communication skills - professional - this is a customer facing role
• Awesome writing skills
• Previous PR experience a +
• A Team Player
• 3+ years in marketing or related field
• Strong Project Management Skills - ability to manage multiple work streams and delegate
• B.S. or B.A. degree, preferably in marketing communications, English or related field.
No relocation – candidate must already live in the San Francisco Bay Area.
