Career: Sourcer / Junior Recruiter
We are seeking self confident and motivated self starters to join our technical recruiting team. This person will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, checking references, completing paperwork, and setting up candidate meetings.
The main focus will be to conduct phone and in personal interviews to qualify IT consultants for open positions with Bluewolf’s clients. You will also be responsible for building and sustaining proactive relationships with high potential candidates and future interest candidates by creating a pipeline of talent.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree a MUST
- MUST be comfortable leading a conversation
- Outgoing and charismatic personality
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to handle high pressure situations
- More Sales oriented than HR
- 1 year of recruiting experience in the staffing arena a plus
