DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Eloqua Implementation Consultant to join our rapidly expanding team. As an implementation consultant, you will work within Bluewolf’s Professional Services organization to implement and deliver projects for new and existing customers. You will be responsible for helping to gather key business requirements and then map those requirements to Eloqua technology. A deep knowledge of process, Eloqua product and best practices in marketing are required. Additionally, technical expertise in the areas of website technologies, CRM, and integration are required.

EXPERIENCE

• 5+ implementations of Eloqua’s marketing automation system, Eloqua implementation certified a plus
• Software as a Service Deployment/Implementation Experience
• Salesforce.com CRM experience a plus
• Understands technical aspects of demand generation, lead generation, lead scoring and nurturing, email marketing, and campaign management

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of previous experience in implementing eloqua solutions or a marketing role
• Minimum of 2-4 years work experience in a software or technology position
• Proficiency with IT/software solutions design, configuration, and implementation
• Deep technology experience in B2B software, CRM and marketing automation is a very strong asset
• Experience in working in Enterprise software support is a strong asset
• Experience and proficiency in using CRM
• Exceptional client services and support skills
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and support skills
• willingness to travel up to 70% of  the time
