Choosing a career path is a difficult decision. The Bluewolf Agile Business Executive Program is designed to give you a holistic view of working in an agile business environment. We build the next generation of knowledgeable workers and will teach you the skills to succeed in a collaborative, networked, consumer- focused business. During our 19 Month Program, you will go through 3 rotations, where you will experience different functions within our organization and be encouraged to design your career path.  

Who should apply? Leaders and entrepreneurs! Driven, self- motivated and creative individuals recently graduated from college. They must be strong communicators, quick learners and fearless to try new things. This position requires flexibility and constant problem solving. With the right individual and the right mind-set, there is no limit to one's opportunity.

This 19 Month Program Spans 3 Rotations:

• Sales and Marketing (7 months)- Inside Sales and Marketing. Help find new business, execute campaigns, and learn to communicate with executives. You will speak with hundreds of C-level executives and gain an insight into business structure that few recent graduates will experience. The sales environment is collaborative, and you will have the opportunity to work with and learn from the best sales entrepreneurs in the business.
• Bluewolf Beyond (6 months)- During this rotation, you will learn to configure and manage multiple technical applications while working with our fastest growing consulting program. Bluewolf Beyond helps companies manage innovation within their existing systems, and you will support our consultants in San Francisco and New York. You will get certified in Salesforce. Already know it? Great! If not, don’t worry.
• BA University (9 months)- Travel nationally and internationally to work with enterprise clients as a business analyst while learning from senior consultants. You will be cross-trained on technology implementations and adoption-related activity. You will work as part of a team, but have total ownership and independent judgment of your engagements.

Education: 
Bachelor's degree in related area or MBA.
