Adoption Consultant

 

Description:  

The Bluewolf Adoption Consultant reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems, business requirements and user needs. They are responsible in assisting clients in the adoption and providing the training of the new system. This person begins to demonstrate expertise in major / minor areas.  The consultant communicates effectively with the client in creating a curriculum development that allows for successful adoption.  The consultant is able to lead specific portions of projects or manage their own engagements. 

Responsibilities:

  • Overall Client Management for Adoption & Change Management assignments
  • Project Scoping, Estimation, and Management as needed
  • Conducting Adoption Process Review (APR)
  • Conducting Discovery Interviews and completing related report of findings
  • Building Communication Strategies, Plans, and multi-media deliverables
  • Curriculum Development: C-Map Creation, Playbook creation, Tip Sheets, Quick reference guides, etc.
  • User Competency Identification and Objectives Preparation, preparation for and hosting End User Training, train-the-trainer sessions, webex and in person
  • Gathering feedback from customers; Addressing any client issues, resolving conflicts, and exceeding client expectations for successful adoption

Education:   Requires a bachelor degree in a related area, 3-5 years of work experience in the field and at least 1 year of consulting or teaching experience.
